Registration and Payment Policies

Leap2Dance provides various enrollment methods, all of which are detailed below.

Online:  Please visit our website at to register online.
By Phone/ In-Person: 

Simply call the number provided in the web site: to schedule an appointment to register in person.

Please remember that many classes fill up early, so it is recommended that registration be completed online, over the phone/ In-person.

Class space is limited; therefore, a student will not be enrolled in a class until all three things are completed.

Annual Registration Fee: 

The registration fees for both new and returning students are as follows.

New Students: 

  1. Per Student: A registration fee of $50.00 is required for new students upon registration.

  2. Per Family (more than one student): A registration fee of $60.00 is required for new Families (with more than one student) upon registration.

Returning Students: 

  1. Per Student: A registration fee of $30.00 is required for returning students upon registration.

  2. Per Family (more than one student): A registration fee of $50.00 is required for returning Families (with more than one student) upon registration.

There is a limit of four students for registration under the Family registration option for both “New” and “Returning”)

Monthly Payments: 

All monthly tuition payments must be facilitated through pre-authorized Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards. For in-person registrations, completion of an 'Automated Credit Card/Debit Card Payment' form is required at the time of registration, authorizing Leap2Dance to store and automatically charge your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card on the 1st of each month throughout the current dance season.


Online registrations will incorporate this authorization within the registration process. This automated payment system alleviates concerns about tracking payment deadlines and potential late fees. Summer tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. 

Advance Payment: 

A discount of 2% to 5% is offered for payment of the full dance year's tuition at the time of registration, with the discount amount varying based on class size.

Late Fees and Returned Check Fees Policies

Late Fees: 

A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to any tuition account if payment is received after the due date. Late fees are incurred only in the event of payment denial by your bank or credit card company, and if payment is not received within 10 days of our notice.


If tuition remains outstanding for more than 30 days, your child may still attend class to observe but will not be permitted to participate until payment is settled.

Returned Check Fee: 

A $35.00 fee will be assessed to your account for any returned check due to insufficient funds.

Refund & Withdrawal Policies
Refund Policy: 

Tuition and fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for missed days due to absences, illnesses, holidays, or weather-related closures. However, credit may be provided in cases of medical emergencies, subject to individual assessment.


Please note that refunds will not be granted in circumstances such as pandemics or emergencies necessitating a transition to online/Zoom classes by Leap2Dance LLC.

Withdrawal Policy: 

We kindly request one month's written notice for class withdrawals, effective from the 1st of the month. Should you choose to withdraw mid-month without providing notice by the 1st, tuition for the following month will be required.


Please note that a minimum enrollment commitment of two months applies to all classes, and withdrawals are not permitted for the current dance season.
